This chapter is intended to complement the Plumbing Code of the City of Oil City. If there is any conflict between this chapter and any Plumbing Code adopted by the City, then the requirements of this chapter shall govern.
The following definitions shall apply to words used in this chapter:
City of Oil City.
The International Plumbing Code, as adopted and readopted by the City from time to time.
A condition used to describe a customer service line that is able to withstand normal operation and maintenance of the customer's curb valve and interior shutoff valves without leaking.
A manner of performing work which is professional according to usual trade practices.
