The accessory uses allowed in the A-130, A-40, A-40C, A-22.5, A-5 and R-R Districts include the following:

The conditional uses allowed in the A-130, A-40, A-40C, A-22.5, and A-5 Districts include the following:

Nature sanctuary, owned and operated by nonprofit organizations, including at least 10 acres, and buildings accessory thereto used in connection with this use, subject to the area and bulk regulations of the zone in which the site is situated, except that structures existing on the property at the time of the adoption of the ordinance amending this section shall be deemed in conformance with all set back and bulk requirements.
D.
Cluster residential development. Cluster residential development shall be permitted in the A-130 and A-40C Districts, subject to the regulations set forth in § 300-120C.
