All vacant buildings shall have the entire building baited for all types of rodents, every month.
A copy of the contract for each year that provides monthly baiting for rodents shall be provided to the City of Union City Health Department within 30 days after this article becomes effective.
This article shall take effect as of October 1, 2014, and after notice of this article has been mailed to all property owners affected by this article.
The proof of the one-year contract for monthly baiting for rodents shall be submitted to the Health Department on or before November 1 of each year.
Failure to provide proof of contract for monthly baiting for rodents shall allow the City to perform this task and place a lien on the property for the cost of the baiting for the rodents.
