A.
Any
persons wishing to rent certain portions of the City park systems
shall pay a user fee to hold their reservation and to offset the costs
of cleanup of the area.
B.
User
fees shall be established by resolution adopted by the Board of Aldermen
from time to time.
C.
The
Board of Aldermen hereby adopts rules and regulations which are on
file and available in the City offices for implementation and operation
of City Parks.
D.
It
shall be unlawful to violate any such park rule or regulation adopted
by the Board of Aldermen from time to time.
