This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Administrative
Code of the City of Oil City."
The following words, when used in this chapter, shall, unless
the context clearly indicates otherwise, mean or include as follows:
The City of Oil City, Pennsylvania.
The "Optional Third Class City Charter Law" (council-manager
form) Act of 1957, July 15, P.L. 901, as amended (53 P.S. § 41501
et seq.).
The Council of the City of Oil City, Pennsylvania.
The City Manager of the City of Oil City, Pennsylvania.
