A Board of Health is hereby created and established in and for the City of Oil City, Pennsylvania, to be constituted and organized under and in accordance with the provisions of an Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania entitled "An Act Providing for the Incorporation and Government of Cities of the Third Class," approved the 23rd day of May, A.D., 1889, with the powers and duties in said Act enumerated.[1]
