A.
On the 18th day of April, 1934, the City of Flat River was incorporated as a City of the Fourth Class under the laws of the State of Missouri. On the 27th day of March, 1945, the City's status under the laws of the State of Missouri was changed from that of a Fourth Class City to that of a Third Class City. On November 3, 1992, the citizens of Esther, Elvins, Rivermines and Flat River elected to consolidate pursuant to Section 72.150, RSMo. Flat River being the only Third Class City that consolidated, the City Council and Mayor hereby elect to adopt Flat River's incorporation including all tax identification numbers.
B.
Effective January 1, 1994, the name shall be changed from Flat River to that of Park Hills on all incorporation papers of Flat River.
