All gasoline service stations in the city shall close at night
between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. following, except that
gasoline service stations located within eighty (80) yards of the
right-of-way of any interstate highway in the city shall be permitted
to remain open twenty-four (24) hours per day.

Gasoline or other combustible chemicals shall only be dispensed
at gasoline service stations in suitable metal containers which are
in sound condition.
