[Adopted 1-20-1976 by Ord. No. 29 (Ch. XXI, Part 1A, of the
1976 Code of Ordinances); amended in its entirety at time of adoption

The provisions of 8 Pa.C.S.A. § 1731 et seq. shall
apply to the opening, acceptance and vacation of streets in the Borough.
