The purpose of the AR Agricultural Residential District is to
promote the preservation of existing agricultural lands, open spaces
and the rural character within the Town of LeRay. This district provides
limited opportunities for low-intensity residential development, agricultural
uses, and complementary commercial services, but such activity must
be designed and sited so as to minimize disturbance to and loss of
agricultural lands and negative impacts upon the district's rural
character.
