The Department of Public Works of the Borough of Bellmawr is hereby established and shall include a Director of Public Works and such other employees as the Mayor and Council may hereinafter by resolution appoint, together with the Highway Committee of the Council.

The Director of Public Works and such other employees as the Mayor and Council may appoint, when actually performing their respective duties, shall receive such pay or compensation as shall be fixed by the annual Salary Ordinance.
