Borough of Bellmawr, NJ Article II Deputy Borough Clerk

[Adopted 3-16-1972 by Ord. No. 4-72 as Ch. 9 of the 1972 Code]

§ 73-3 Office created.

There is hereby created the office of Deputy Borough Clerk.

§ 73-4 Term of office.

The term shall be for a period of one year, beginning January 1 of each year.

§ 73-5 Compensation.

The compensation shall be determined by the annual Salary Ordinance of the Borough.

§ 73-6 Duties.

The duties shall be as follows:

A. To have all of the powers and perform all the duties of the Borough Clerk during such times and for such specific periods as the Borough Clerk shall be absent.

B. To assist the Borough Clerk in the general performance of his duties.
