Borough of Bellmawr, NJ Article VI Municipal Licensing Officer

§ 73-16 Post created.

There is hereby created the post of Municipal Licensing Officer of the Borough of Bellmawr.

§ 73-17 Duties.

The duties of said Licensing Officer shall be to administer the Mercantile License Ordinance of the Borough[1] and such other licensing requirements that exist in the Borough that are not specifically provided for in other ordinances and statutes.
