Borough of Bellmawr, NJ: Planning Board records and documents.

Article I Access to Records

§ 352-1 Compliance with Open Public Records Act.

Records shall be made available in accordance with the Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.

§ 352-2 Borough Clerk's documents.

The Borough Clerk shall be entitled to demand and receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees, for the services hereinafter mentioned:

For certifying any public record, such as any ordinance, resolution, minutes or other public document.

For furnishing any copy, by photostating or otherwise, of any public record of his office, such as any ordinance, resolution, minutes or other document.

For furnishing any printed ordinance other than the Building Code, Zoning Ordinance or any other code.

§ 352-3 Police Department records and accident reports.

For the services hereinafter mentioned, the Chief of Police or his authorized designee shall be entitled to receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees:

For furnishing any accident report that is picked up at the police station between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

For any accident report that is required to be mailed or delivered.

Investigation reports.

§ 352-4 Municipal Court records and documents.

The Municipal Court Administrator of the Borough of Bellmawr shall be entitled to demand and receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees, for the services hereinafter mentioned:

For certifying any public document, such as a complaint, summons, warrant or any other pleading or legal document.

For copying any complaint, summons, warrant or any other pleading or public document.

§ 352-5 Board of Health documents.

The Secretary of the Board of Health shall be entitled to demand and receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees, for the services hereinafter mentioned:

For certifying any public document.

For furnishing, by photostating or otherwise, any public record, such as any ordinance, resolution, minutes or any other document.

For furnishing any printed ordinance of the Board of Health other than any code.

§ 352-6 Planning Board records and documents.

The Secretary of the Planning Board shall be entitled to demand and receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees, for the services hereinafter mentioned:

For certifying any public record, such as any resolution, minutes or document.

For furnishing any copy of any public record, by photostating or otherwise, such as any resolution or minutes.

§ 352-7 Board of Adjustment records.

The Secretary of the Board of Adjustment shall be entitled to demand and receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees, for the services hereinafter mentioned:

For certifying any public record, such as any resolution, minutes or document.

For furnishing any copy of any public record, by photostating or otherwise, such as any resolution or minutes.

§ 352-8 Other board, agency or commission records.

The secretary of any other board, agency or commission of the Borough of Bellmawr shall be entitled to demand and receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees, for the services hereinafter mentioned:

For certifying any public record.

For furnishing any copy of any public record, by photostating or otherwise.

§ 352-9 Limitation of services to public records.

Nothing herein shall be construed as requiring the above-named officers to certify or issue any copy of any record unless the same is a public record.

§ 352-10 Payment of moneys.

All sums collected under this article shall be considered the funds of the Borough of Bellmawr and shall be paid by the respective officers to the Chief Financial Officer of the Borough of Bellmawr.
