Records shall be made available in accordance with the Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.

The Borough Clerk shall be entitled to demand and receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees, for the services hereinafter mentioned:
A.
For certifying any public record, such as any ordinance, resolution, minutes or other public document.
B.
For furnishing any copy, by photostating or otherwise, of any public record of his office, such as any ordinance, resolution, minutes or other document.
C.
For furnishing any printed ordinance other than the Building Code, Zoning Ordinance or any other code.
For the services hereinafter mentioned, the Chief of Police or his authorized designee shall be entitled to receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees:
The Municipal Court Administrator of the Borough of Bellmawr shall be entitled to demand and receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees, for the services hereinafter mentioned:
The Secretary of the Board of Health shall be entitled to demand and receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees, for the services hereinafter mentioned:
The Secretary of the Planning Board shall be entitled to demand and receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees, for the services hereinafter mentioned:
The Secretary of the Board of Adjustment shall be entitled to demand and receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees, for the services hereinafter mentioned:
The secretary of any other board, agency or commission of the Borough of Bellmawr shall be entitled to demand and receive fees as provided in Chapter 210, Fees, for the services hereinafter mentioned:
Nothing herein shall be construed as requiring the above-named officers to certify or issue any copy of any record unless the same is a public record.
All sums collected under this article shall be considered the funds of the Borough of Bellmawr and shall be paid by the respective officers to the Chief Financial Officer of the Borough of Bellmawr.
