A.
The
Mayor of the City of Charlack, with the approval of the Board of Aldermen,
hereby authorizes the establishment of a fugitive apprehension team
for the City of Charlack.
B.
The
fugitive apprehensive team shall operate under the direct jurisdiction
of the Charlack Police Department and its supervisory staff.
C.
The
Charlack Police Department shall submit to the office of the City
Clerk all reports pertaining to this program for evaluation and submission
to the Board of Aldermen.
D.
The
policy guideline is held on file in the City offices.
