Town of Pittsfield, WI Article IV Flammable Liquids

§ 107-13 Definitions.

Any term used herein shall have the meaning set forth in Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter ATCP 93.

§ 107-14 Permit fees. [1]

Permit fees for installation or removal of underground and aboveground storage tanks shall be as provided in the Town Fee Schedule.[2]

§ 107-15 Violations and penalties.

Failure to obtain a proper permit prior to installation of a flammable liquid tank can result in a forfeiture of not less than $75 nor more than $1,000 for each day of noncompliance.
