In accordance with the provisions of Sections 335.010 through 335.020 of this Code, on the following designated highways, roads or streets vehicular traffic is given preferential right-of-way and vehicular traffic from intersecting streets shall yield right-of-way in obedience to either a stop sign or a yield sign, when such signs are erected.
