It shall be unlawful to loiter or cause undue noise or nuisance
on any street, sidewalk or public place.
It shall be unlawful to loiter on private property where the
owner has made written request to the Board of Selectmen to regulate
loitering on his property and has given notice of said loitering prohibition
by posting his property in conspicuous manner.
Any person violating this chapter shall be subject to a fine
not exceeding $100 for each offense pursuant to C.G.S. § 7-148(d).
