A. Before
recording of a plat a road bond must be presented to Cass County at
cost established by Road and Bridge Department.
B. All
internal subdivision roads must be six (6) inch asphalt in three (3)
lifts and completed by two (2) years, then a maintenance bond of thirty
percent (30%) of the construction costs are to be posted until sixty
percent (60%) of the lots have houses constructed on them.
C. Roadbed
must have five (5) inches of crushed rock, compacted once at three
(3) inches and again at two (2) inches on road surface. Must water
between lifts. Six (6) inches of asphalt: four (4) inch base and two
(2) inch surface put in at two (2) inch lifts. Copy of all rock and
asphalt tickets to Road and Bridge Department before approval of road
surface.
D. Road
and Bridge Department must inspect roadbed before rock is placed and
before asphalt is laid.
E. No
roadbed lift of over eight (8) inches at one time.
