A. The
City Council and Mayor of the City of Overland hereby adopt the "City
of Overland Employee Handbook," as a reference source to provide a
basic employment guide for all personnel, department heads and appointed
or elected officials.
B. Any
provision in the City of Overland Employee Handbook found to be unenforceable
and invalid, such finding does not invalidate the entire document,
but only that particular provision(s).
C. The
City of Overland Employee Handbook supersedes all previously issued
employee handbooks and associated personnel policies and is supported
by City ordinances.
