The City Administrator, City Clerk and any employees in the administrative office of the City are hereby required to give a surety bond with a reputable insurance company in favor of the City so long as each shall hold his/her respective office or be employed by the City. Such bond shall be a blanket or a blanket position bond as the terms are understood and written by the bonding and insurance companies. The Board of Aldermen shall determine by resolution whether to secure a blanket bond or a blanket position bond on such City Officials and employees.
