Section 205.050 Fire Prevention Code — Adoption.

The BOCA National Fire Prevention Code, 1999 Edition, is hereby adopted as the Fire Prevention Code of the City and is incorporated in this Section by reference as if fully set out, with the additions, deletions and changes prescribed herein.

Section 205.060 Amendments, Additions and Deletions.

A. The following amendments shall be made to the Fire Prevention Code adopted in Section 205.050:

1. The words "City of Glendale, Missouri" should be inserted in the second (2nd) line of Section F-101.1 of the 1999 National Fire Prevention Code of Glendale, Missouri.

2. Section F-107.9 insert "as shall be prescribed by resolution of the Board of Aldermen" between the words "designated fees" and the words "have been paid".

Section 205.070 Penalties for Violation.

Any person who violates any provision of the Fire Prevention Code shall be subject to the general penalty included in Section 100.070.
