This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Administrative Code of Peters Township," effective the second day of August 1976.
A. ADMINISTRATIVE MANUAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE CHARTER CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER COUNCIL LAW MUNICIPALITY ORDINANCE PERSON PUBLISH RESIDENCE UNIT
The following words, when used in this chapter, shall, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, mean or indicate as follows:
Those documents specifying operational matters of municipal units, including, but not necessarily limited to, descriptions of the duties and responsibilities of subordinate units, rules and regulations and appropriate administrative procedures, records and reports.
All personnel in those units of the Township which are under the authority of the Manager.
The Home Rule Charter of Peters Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
The Manager of Peters Township.
The Township Council of Peters Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
All applicable laws of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Peters Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
All ordinances of the municipality, including this administrative code.
Any individual, partnership, association or corporation.
To print in a newspaper of general circulation in the Township the entire document or a brief summary thereof with a listing of places where copies have been filed and times when they are available for public inspection.
An abode in which an officer or employee permanently resides with family.
All governmental entities of the Township, including all permanent or temporary boards which may be created from time to time by the Township Council.
B.
In this chapter, the singular shall include the plural and the plural shall include the singular.
