§ 5-53 Appointment. The Fire Marshal shall be appointed by the Manager with the approval of the Council.
§ 5-54 Duties. The duties of the Fire Marshal shall be to:A. Initiate and administer a fire prevention program for the Township.B. Enforce the fire code.C. Serve as liaison between the Manager and the volunteer fire company(ies).D. Coordinate volunteer fire company operations and activities.
