The salaries of all future Councilmen elected at a subsequent election held more than six months from the date of adoption of this article, but no sooner than January 2010, shall be fixed at $75 per meeting. No Councilman currently in office shall be entitled to any such increase during his existing term of office.

The wages of municipal employees shall be according to the following schedules and shall be set, within the parameters of this schedule and existing labor agreements, by the Manager.[1] (Longevity is excluded.)
