A. 
On and after the effective date of this article, with the exception of City vehicles, it shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle, including motorcycles, automobiles, trucks and snowmobiles, in any park owned and operated by the City of Lower Burrell.[1]

B. 
It shall be unlawful to bring into any City park any horses except for those occasions where the City has a special event and permission is granted to have horses in the park for a specific time period by the Department head in writing.
C. 
Swimming and boating are hereby prohibited in City parks.
D. 
Littering of any type whatsoever is hereby prohibited in any and all City parks.
E. 
Possession and use of any alcoholic beverage of any type or nature is hereby prohibited in any and all City parks.
F. 
The setting of fires for any purpose whatsoever is hereby prohibited in any and all City parks, with the exception of fires made or created in designated fireplaces for that purpose. Recreation fires are permitted by permit issued by the City.[2]

G. 
No ice skating shall be permitted in any City park or lakes in the City of Lower Burrell.[3]

H. 
Ice fishing shall be prohibited in any lake or lakes in any park or playground in the City of Lower Burrell.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
