65.28.1. 
No vehicle shall be permitted to park upon the streets of the Municipality of Bethel Park, nor upon the State and County Highways within the Municipality of Bethel Park between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. when posted accordingly. No vehicle shall be permitted to park or be parked upon the grounds of any school, church or other public institutions in the Municipality of Bethel Park between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. unless the owner or driver of such vehicle shall be attending a meeting in said church, school or other public institution or shall be attending to the business or affairs of the church, school or public institution on the grounds of which he has parked or left his vehicle standing. (The above to include all cemeteries in the Municipality of Bethel Park).
65.29.1. 
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park the same on any of the streets or parts of streets designated in this section during the hours specified. When no hours are specified, parking is prohibited at any time. Signs shall be erected and maintained in each block designating the provisions of this section.
