As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
LOT LINE CHANGE
The relocation of a lot line of a lot, which revision is
intended to correct and/or adjust minor boundary problems and/or to
adjust minor boundary lines and is not intended to create a new lot
for development purposes and which revisions will result in land area
to become part of an existing adjacent lot or parcel, provided that
such lot line change does not create a parcel at variance with and/or
fails to meet the minimum bulk requirements of the zone in which such
parcel is located. The determination as to whether a proposed subdivision
constitutes a "lot line change" shall be in the sole discretion of
the Planning Board. Except as provided for herein, a lot line change
shall be subject to all other requirements as contained in this chapter.
The deadline of submission of the lot line change plat shall
be at least 10 days prior to the next regularly scheduled monthly
meeting of the Planning Board.
