There will be a fee as set from time to time by resolution of
the Borough Council per square foot for each new sign placed, erected
within or affixed to a building or structure in the Borough of Sharon
Hill. The size of the new sign is determined by the maximum length
and width of the total sign.
Application for permission to place, erect or affix a sign to
a building or structure must be submitted to the Borough Manager.
Said application is to be accompanied by a brief drawing of the proposed
sign, indicating the measurements thereof. The permit will then be
issued by the Borough Manager after the fee is paid.

Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of any of the
provisions of this chapter before any Magisterial District Judge shall
be sentenced to pay a maximum fine as provided from time to time by
state statute, together with costs of prosecution, or to imprisonment
in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days, or both.
