The minimum standard of care of professional pre-hospital care and transportation to be provided for all emergencies within Fallowfield Township which require emergency medical services shall be "advanced life support," as that term is defined by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and advanced life support services initiated within Fallowfield Township shall be rendered by providers licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
