As authorized by and in accordance with Chapter 365 of this Title, the following tables shall constitute the parking restrictions on the City streets as described herein:

Main Street:
East side of Main Street from the sidewalk in the middle of the block going south to the corner of Fourth Street.
Two-hour parking
8:30 A.M. — 5:30 P.M.
West side of Main Street from Third Street to the corner of Fourth and Main.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the corporate limits of the City of New London, Missouri, to park a motor vehicle or other vehicle except as allowed herein:
Location and Restriction: A restricted parking area on the east side of South Main Street at approximately the 400 block, a parking area twenty-two (22) feet in length which prohibits parking for any purpose other than loading and unloading merchandise for a time period not to exceed thirty (30) minutes.
Penalty: Any person who violates the provisions of this Schedule shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) or more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
