A. The
"International Building Code, 2015 Edition," as published by the International
Code Council as adopted, amended, and revised by St. Louis County,
Missouri, pursuant to St. Louis County Ordinance No. 27,654 as adopted
on April 1, 2020, effective July 1, 2020 is hereby incorporated by
reference and adopted as the Building Code for the City of Green Park,
Missouri, as if fully set out herein, provided, that wherever St.
Louis County or a division, department, or official of St. Louis County
is referred to in the aforementioned ordinances of St. Louis County
it shall be construed to mean the City of Green Park or the corresponding
appropriate division, department, or official, and, further, provided,
that wherever St. Louis County, Missouri, is referred to in the context
of jurisdiction in the aforementioned ordinances of St. Louis County
it shall be deemed to mean Green Park, Missouri.
B. Any
person convicted of violating any provision of the Building Code shall
be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00)
and costs, or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both
such fine and imprisonment.

1, 2019, is hereby incorporated by reference and adopted as the Plumbing
Code for the City of Green Park, Missouri, as if fully set out herein,
provided that wherever St. Louis County or a division, department,
or official of St. Louis County is referred to in the aforementioned
ordinances of St. Louis County it shall be construed to mean the City
of Green Park or the corresponding appropriate division, department,
or official, and, further, provided, that wherever St. Louis County,

Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to St. Louis County Ordinance No.
27,430 as adopted on June 18, 2019, effective October 1, 2019, is
hereby incorporated by reference and adopted as the Electrical Code
for the City of Green Park, Missouri, as if fully set out herein,
provided, that wherever St. Louis County or a division, department,
or official of St. Louis County is referred to in the aforementioned
ordinances of St. Louis County it shall be construed to mean the City
of Green Park or the corresponding appropriate division, department,
or official, and, further, provided, that wherever St. Louis County,
Missouri, is referred to in the context of jurisdiction in the aforementioned
ordinances of St. Louis County it shall be deemed to mean Green Park,
Missouri.
B. Any

St. Louis County Weights and Measures Code, adopted, amended and revised
by St. Louis County, Missouri, as Chapter 618, Title VI, St. Louis
County Revised Ordinances (SLCRO) 1964 pursuant to St. Louis County
Ordinances No. 2,924 as adopted on May 27, 1963; No. 3,911 as adopted
on April 4, 1966; No. 4,600 as adopted on February 5, 1968; No. 6,023
as adopted on October 18, 1971; and No. 13,083 as adopted on February
13, 1987, is hereby adopted as the Weights and Measures Code for the
City of Green Park, Missouri.
B. Any
person convicted of violating any provision of the Weights and Measures
Code shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars
($500.00) and costs, or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days,
or both such fine and imprisonment.

reference and adopted as the Fuel and Gas Code for the City of Green
Park, Missouri, as if fully set out herein, provided, that wherever
St. Louis County or a division, department, or official of St. Louis
County is referred to in the aforementioned ordinances of St. Louis
County it shall be construed to mean the City of Green Park or the
corresponding appropriate division, department, or official, and,
further, provided, that wherever St. Louis County, Missouri, is referred
to in the context of jurisdiction in the aforementioned ordinances
of St. Louis County it shall be deemed to mean Green Park, Missouri.

St. Louis County, Missouri, as Chapter 711, Title VII, St. Louis County
Revised Ordinances (SLCRO) 1974 pursuant to St. Louis County Ordinance
No. 2703 as adopted on October 30, 1962; No. 4524 as adopted on December
5, 1967; No. 10,039 as adopted on January 9, 1981; No. 10,462 as adopted
on December 24, 1981; No. 17,057 as adopted on June 6, 1994 and No.
18,693 as adopted on November 12, 1997, is hereby adopted as the Explosives
Code for the City of Green Park, Missouri.
B. Any
person convicted of violating any provision of the Explosives Code
shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00)
and costs, or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both
such fine and imprisonment.

"International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2015 Edition," as published
by the International Code Council as adopted, amended, and revised
by St. Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to St. Louis County Ordinance

hereby incorporated by reference and adopted as the Swimming Pool
and Spa Code for the City of Green Park, Missouri, as if fully set
out herein, provided, that wherever St. Louis County or a division,
department, or official of St. Louis County is referred to in the
aforementioned ordinances of St. Louis County it shall be construed
to mean this City or the corresponding appropriate division, department,
or official, and, further, provided, that wherever St. Louis County,
Missouri, is referred to in the context of jurisdiction in the aforementioned
ordinances of St. Louis County it shall be deemed to mean Green Park,
Missouri.
B. Any
person convicted of violating any provision of the Swimming Pool and
Spa Code shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred

Land Disturbance Code, 2009 edition, with modifications by St. Louis
County, Missouri, pursuant to St. Louis County Ordinance No. 24,084
as adopted on August 12, 2010, effective November 1, 2010, is hereby
incorporated by reference and adopted as the Land Disturbance Code
for the City of Green Park, Missouri as if fully set out herein.
B. Any
person convicted of violating any provision of the Land Disturbance
Code shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars
($500.00) and costs, or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days,
or both such fine and imprisonment.

The Mayor of the City of Green Park, Missouri, is hereby authorized
and directed to execute and enter into a contract on behalf of the
City with St. Louis County, Missouri, for Technical Code enforcement
services, which contract shall be on file in the City offices.
