Nothing contained in this Chapter shall in anyway be deemed
to apply to any merchant, manufacturer, business or solicitor, if
the same shall be operated by or under the auspices of or sponsored
by any non-profit association or corporation maintaining its principal
place of business in the City of Lincoln. The burden of proving such
operation shall be upon the person claiming an exemption under this
Section.

This Chapter is not intended to apply to merchandise sold or
orders taken at a private party held in a private residence in the
City of Lincoln.
