The subdivider shall present to the Commission three (3) copies of a preliminary layout at a scale of not more than one hundred (100) feet to the inch.
Location of property lines, existing easements, buildings, watercourses, existing sewers and water mains, culverts, drains and other essential features.
Location, names and present widths of existing and proposed streets, highways, easements, building setback lines, alleys, parks and other public open spaces.
Provisions for collecting and discharging surface drainage and preliminary designs for any street bridges or culverts which may be required, and the width, design and type of the pavement.
The location of any proposed sidewalks, sanitary sewers, storm drains, water mains, curbs, and gutters and the sizes and types thereof, and the location of any proposed manholes and basins and underground conduits.
When the preliminary plan is of land acquired from more than one (1) source of title, the outlines of the several tracts shall be indicated upon such plan.
