From the intersection for a distance of 20 feet, a no-parking zone, thereafter, for a distance of 46 feet, a parking zone, thereafter, for a distance of 24 feet, a parking and loading zone, thereafter, for a distance of 20 feet to the intersection of Spence Avenue, a no-parking zone.
Beyond the intersection of South Jackson with Spence Avenue, on the east side of said South Jackson Street, there shall be a no-parking zone for 20 feet in length, and thereafter a parking zone of 27 feet in length. Thereafter from the end of such parking zone to the intersection of South Jackson Street with Beaton Street, there shall be no parking.
There shall be established a parking zone on the north side of Spence Avenue, commencing 35 feet east of the intersection of said Spence Avenue with the old bank drive-through, for a distance of 66 feet. With the exception of such parking zone, there shall be no parking on the north and south sides of said Spence Avenue.
