The officer designated by the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead
shall administer and enforce this chapter.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to store or place or cause or permit to be stored or placed a mobile home or travel trailer as those terms are defined in § 249-4 or any personal property associated with such mobile home or travel trailer upon any street, roadway or highway or sidewalk area within the Town of Riverhead.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate or fail to
comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty
of an offense and shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine
of not less than $100 nor to exceed $300 or by imprisonment for a
term not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a
separate offense.
