Where service or consumption of alcohol is being permitted, it shall be unlawful to conduct, witness, participate or engage in any form of public sports, exercises or shows which are conducted or engaged in primarily for the entertainment of spectators, or special event as defined in Chapter 90, not specifically prohibited by any provisions of law on the first day of the week known as Sunday, prior to 12:00 noon.
