City of Muskego, WI Article II Health Department

§ 24-11 County Health Department.

The Waukesha County Health Department shall constitute the Health Department for the City of Muskego. When the term "Health Department" or "Health Officer" is used in this Code, it shall refer to the Waukesha County Health Department.

§ 24-12 Abatement of health nuisances.

The Health Department may abate public health nuisances as provided in § 254.59, Wis. Stats.
