A. 
There is hereby established the Dearborn Missouri Parks and Recreation Board. The duties of said Board shall be to operate and supervise the public parks and other recreational facilities of the City.
B. 
The officers of said Board will serve a one (1) year term in office and shall be appointed by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Dearborn. Said term shall be from January first (1st) through December thirty-first (31st).
C. 
In addition to the above, there shall also be on said Board the Mayor of the City and two (2) members of the Board of Aldermen of the City.
