The purpose of the S Conservancy Zoning District is to encourage
the conservation of open space and the preservation of steep slopes
and other fragile environmental features such as landslide-prone soils,
undermined areas, wetlands, watercourses, natural habitats, trees,
woodlands and flood-prone areas.
In the S Conservancy District only the following uses are authorized:

B. MINIMUM LOT WIDTH:
Single Family Dwelling: 125 feet
All Other Uses: 150 feet
C. MAXIMUM LOT COVERAGE: 30%
D. MINIMUM FRONT YARD: 30 feet
E. MINIMUM REAR YARD:
Single Family Dwelling: 40 feet
All Other Principal Structures: 40 feet
Accessory Uses: 10 feet
F. MINIMUM SIDE YARD:
Single Family Dwelling: 15 feet
All Other Principal Structures: 25 feet
