The purpose of the I-1 General Industrial District is to accommodate
existing and future development of general industrial uses in appropriate
locations that are separated from residential and commercial areas
and are geographically located near transportation and natural resources.
In the I-1 General Industrial District only the following uses
are authorized:

and equipment; search, detection and navigational instruments and

Automotive service station; tire retreading or recapping; battery
manufacturer, provided the same is located completely within an enclosed
