a)
This Constitution may be amended by a majority of the eligible voters
of the Band at an election called for that purpose. A minimum of thirty
(30%) percent of those entitled to vote, must vote to validate the
election.
b)
The Tribal Council shall call an election for the amendment of the
Constitution upon presentation of a petition signed by a minimum of
thirty (30%) percent of the eligible voters of the Band.
c)
In the absence of a petition, the Tribal Council may call a constitutional
election by a majority vote of the entire Council.
