A.
An Enrollment Committee consisting of not less than five nor more
than seven enrolled tribal members who are at least 18 years of age
shall be appointed by the Tribal Council. One member of the Enrollment
Committee must be a member of the Tribal Council, who shall serve
as its Chairperson.
B.
The Enrollment Committee shall operate under a set of bylaws to be
approved by the Tribal Council.
