Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi, MI Article VII Immunity

§ 8.7-41 No waiver of immunity.

Nothing under this chapter shall be construed as a waiver of sovereign immunity for the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi, its departments, agencies, employees or agents.

§ 8.7-42 Good faith.

Any person acting under good faith of this title shall be immune from any civil liability arising out of such actions.
