Section 155.070 Board of Commissioners — Created. [1]

There is hereby created a Board of Commissioners which shall be composed of the Superintendent and five (5) other members. The Superintendent and the Board shall be appointed by the Mayor annually.

Section 155.080 Board of Commissioners — Duties.

The Board of Commissioners shall have the immediate supervision and control of the Little Prairie Cemetery under the direction of the Mayor and Council.
