Section 230.010 Maintenance of Premises in Sanitary Condition. [Code 1961 §35.05; CC 1983 §13-1; Ord. No. 714 §13-1, 3-4-1991]It shall be the duty of the occupants of premises to maintain the premises in a sanitary condition at all times.
