Pursuant to Sections 304.010 and 304.120, RSMo. and Sections 320.010 and 320.020 of this Code, there is hereby established a school crossing speed limit on the following streets:

Henrietta St. between Truman Blvd. and Madison Ave., from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. for all days in which school is in session. On all other days and times the speed limit on such streets shall be 25 m.p.h. | 15 m.p.h. |
Madison Avenue between Henrietta St. and Locust St., from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. for all days in which school is in session. On all other days and times the speed limit on such streets shall be 25 m.p.h. | 15 m.p.h. |
Locust St. between Truman Blvd. and Madison Ave., from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. for all days in which school is in session. On all other days and times the speed limit on such streets shall be 25 m.p.h. | 15 m.p.h. |
On Missouri Highway 84 between Missouri Department of Transportation Highway 84 log points 5.06 and 5.19 for the period of time during which flashing lights are in operation. | 25 m.p.h. |
