The City hereby approves the following holding cell fees for all violations which require incarceration by the City of Clairton, all of which are subject to assessment by the reviewing District Judge, a minimum of four hours' salary per night which reimburses the City based on the call-out fee for the City's legal custodian of prisoners within the City of Clairton:

$50 per day/night minimum, and $150 per day/night maximum, at the discretion of the reviewing District Judge pursuant to his power to award restitution under the laws in accordance with the City of Clairton's ordinance(s).
