The application fee for a license to hold on Sunday a public entertainment, including musical entertainment, provided by mechanical or electrical means, issued under the authority of MGL c. 136, § 4, shall be as provided in Chapter A110, Fee Schedule, of the City Code. If the proposed entertainment described in the application is solely for the use of television, the use of radio, or musical entertainment provided by mechanical or electrical means, an annual license may be granted upon payment of a fee as provided in Chapter A110, Fee Schedule, of the City Code.
