A.
The Zoning Board of Appeals may grant a special permit for a body
art establishment with such conditions as it deems appropriate for
the protection of public health, safety and welfare and consistent
with the Board of Health's piercing and tattooing regulations.
B.
Findings. The Zoning Board of Appeals must find that the location,
setback, parking, hours of operation and design of such use will not
be detrimental to the neighborhood by reason of traffic, congestion,
noise or appearance.
C.
Location. The Zoning Board of Appeals may grant a special permit
for a body art establishment in the following district only: Commercial
Mill District (CMD).
